Description
Still rosé from Tuscany, 12.5% ABV, produced by Tenuta la Badiola. 100% Alicante. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A rosé born in the heart of Maremma, near Castiglione della Pescaia, where Lake Prile once stood. The grapes are harvested strictly by hand and transported in small plastic crates. The whole grapes are pressed at very low pressure to prevent color extraction from the skins and simultaneously allow the best aromatic content to pass into the must. Bottling: February of the year following the harvest. Bottled: 1-2 months. Aroma of small red fruits with intense spicy and balsamic notes of Mediterranean scrub. The flavor is vigorous yet elegant. Excellent balance of alcohol, acidity, and body. Good persistence, long and aromatic.

The Acquagiusta vineyards cover thirty hectares, divided into two vineyards: we chose to position our vineyards by studying the exposure of the plants to the elements, in order to recreate the ideal conditions of water, soil, sun and wind and to exploit the strong character of the soil.
We want our wines to be pure and sincere: this is why we work with the utmost respect for natural processes, intervening as little as necessary. In this way, we enhance the grapes, keep the characteristics of the territory intact and create an authentic product.
