Description
A brut Charmat method sparkling wine from Veneto, 11% ABV, produced by Gabe. 100% Glera. 0.75 L bottle, 2024 vintage. A Prosecco born in the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, a tribute to the land and the passion of Gabriella Benedetta Vettoretti, founder of Gabe. Delicate floral aromas of rose and acacia complement fruity notes of green apple, peach, and citrus. A fine, creamy perlage. Pleasantly savory and fresh, it's perfect for accompanying a fish-based meal or as an aperitif.
