Description
Gin from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, produced by Fred Jerbis, a name that evokes Federico's herbs, a tribute to the region and his passion for nature. 0.70 l format, 43% ABV. An artisanal gin made from the distillation of local herbs and botanicals, using three extraction methods and aged in acacia barrels. Accentuated notes of juniper and a subtle aroma of acacia wood. The freshness of the citrus finish comes from the citrus. The light amber color with woody nuances, due to a lingering in acacia wood. The soft, herbaceous flavor has intense notes of juniper and wood. The finish is rounded and closes with a fresh orange and mandarin aroma, very long and persistent thanks to the wood.
