Perfume

Accentuated notes of juniper and a faint aroma of acacia wood. The freshness in the finish is given by citrus fruits.

Light amber with woody nuances, due to a passage in acacia wood.

Gusto

Taste

Soft herbaceous with intense notes of juniper and wood. The delicate body is given by botanists, but above all by short aging in acacia barrels. The finish is round and closes a fresh orange and mandarin, very long and persistent thanks to the wood.

Serve at:

12 - 14 °C.

Grappa/Gin (tulip-shaped)

Pairings

It goes very well with most of the Tonics water, preferably with a bitter and citrus base; also suitable to be consumed smooth as a digestive.

From this winery
Fred Jerbis stands for "le erbe di Federico" (Frederick's herbs), a name inspired by Friuli to give prominence and importance to our territory, which is fundamental to the creation of our products. Everything stems from Fred's passion for plants and nature.

At first, during walks in the woods of Carnia, studying and collecting botanicals and medicinal herbs. Then he began growing spices in the meadows near his home; and finally experimenting with different extraction techniques to create essential oils with timeless fragrances.

It was only in 2014 that the first laboratory was built, where the collected plants became infusions and distillates.

Thus began a phase of research and experimentation in the world of spirits, which led us to conceive the triptych: gin - bitter - vermouth, and which continues to this day. Read more
