Description

What kind of wine is it

Domaine Vacheron Sancerre is a still white wine characterised by its essential nature and elegance, an authentic expression of the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety. To the eye, it displays a straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. On the nose, the bouquet weaves together notes of grapefruit and lemon zest with herbal hints, mineral nuances and a subtle peppery touch. On the palate, it reveals a medium body, harmonised by a vibrant acidic backbone, with a finish that is exceptionally clean and persistent. It pairs perfectly with lean fish dishes, asparagus-based specialities and various types of cheese.

Where does it come from

How is it produced

The production process of Domaine Vacheron Sancerre avoids the use of wood to preserve the integrity of the varietal aromatic profile. To best appreciate its gustatory tension, it is advisable to serve it at a serving temperature between 10 and 12 °C.
