Description

Organic Brut Classic Method sparkling wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Diesel Farm. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Classic Method celebrating 55 years of Diesel Farm, a project born in the Marostica hills. Temperature-controlled fermentation, selected yeasts, racking into oak barrels, and batonage. Aged 24 months on the lees. Intriguing with hints of pear and toasted barley, dandelion, chalk, and grapefruit. A minerally and intense wine, crisp, dry, and extremely fragrant, ideal as an aperitif or to celebrate a special occasion.
