Description
Classic method pas dosé Champagne from the Champagne region of France, 12.5% ABV, produced by Collard-Picard. Blend: 50% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Meunier, 25% Pinot Noir, 2012 vintage. A Champagne expression that celebrates the excellence of the terroir through a zero dosage that enhances purity and minerality. Vinified and aged in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation. Fruity aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of citrus and exotic fruit. Bright straw yellow. On the palate, the wine is fresh, pleasant, and persistent, with a fine perlage that caresses the palate.
