Classic method pas dosé Champagne, produced by Clandestin Champagne. Chardonnay blend, 0.75L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Blanc de Blancs that celebrates the excellence of Champagne, with a fine perlage and uncompromising elegance. Champagne Clandestin is a new joint project between Bertrand Gautherot of Vouette & Sorbée and his right-hand man, the young and energetic Benoit Doussot. On the nose, floral and fruity aromas are complemented by notes of pastry. Straw yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, the wine is fresh and mineral.
