Description
Still red from the Médoc, Bordeaux, 14% ABV, produced by Chateau Les Grands Chenes. Blend: 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 vintage. A wine that embodies the elegance of the Bordeaux terroir, with a history dating back to 1880. Situated in an exceptional terroir and neglected for too many years, this estate has been renovated by Bernard Magrez. The bouquet features floral aromas of violets and peonies and fruity notes of blackberry and blackcurrant, accompanied by hints of chocolate and licorice. On the palate, notes of blackberry, strawberry, and plump red berries blend with nuances of violets and hints of licorice.
