Description
What kind of wine is it
OH OUI! Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc Alcohol-Free by Château Bonnet is a refined alternative that stands out for its delicate perlage. Made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this drink displays a pale straw yellow colour and a bouquet rich in floral aromas, intertwined with pleasant notes of white peach, fresh grape and subtle hints of blackcurrant. On the palate, it is elegant and lively, offering a persistent finish thanks to the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Served chilled, it expresses a pronounced freshness, ideal for accompanying sophisticated aperitifs, oysters, Japanese cuisine and cheeses.
Where does it come from
Production takes place in France, at the historic Château Bonnet estate, located in the renowned Bordeaux region. The vineyards, cultivated using the double Guyot system, are rooted in soils rich in clay, limestone and silica, essential elements that give the must a distinct aromatic clarity. To maximise the fruit's liveliness, the early harvest is carried out a few days before full ripeness. The company is actively committed to adopting ecological practices, protecting and enhancing local biodiversity at every stage of agricultural processing.
How is it produced
This drink is created through a natural process with low energy consumption, clearly different from traditional dealcoholisation methods. After harvesting, the grapes undergo a cold pressing and the resulting must is processed in stainless steel tanks to preserve the original characteristics of the raw material. The delicate effervescence is achieved by adding carbon dioxide at the time of bottling. The production cycle concludes with pasteurisation at 75°C, which stabilises the elegant fruity profile, ensuring the tasting experience remains structured and pleasant over time.

The estate has 201 hectares of vines in the Entre-deux-Mers and Bordeaux appellations. Its white wines, characteristic of the region, are expressive and fresh, revealing notes of citrus and exotic fruit. The reds, supple and silky, express the full richness of the fruit. The estate is increasingly committed to a global ecological approach. Beehives, an orchard, fallow land, a henhouse and biocontrol plots are concrete proof of this in the field. Read more
