||Altitude: 310 m. a.s.l. Exposure: South, South-East.
||Composed of limestone, chalk and silt.
||Conducted in stainless steel tanks, with the emerged cap system and maceration of approximately 20 days. The fermentation temperature is controlled and maintained at around 28 °C. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is put in wood tanks for the aging.
||The first passage in steel, and 3 years in large Slavonian oak casks; once bottled it rests for about 6-8 months.
