This wine comes from a single vineyard at Gorgo al Monticano (Treviso), on the historic estate of the Dal Bianco family, where the business began in 1946.

	Perlage Dense and refined perlage.
	Colour Bright straw yellow.
	Bouquet Hints of apples and pears together with harmonious floral highlights of acacia, hawthorn and a touch of elderberry blossoms.
	Flavour n the mouth, the sensations that make up the olfactory profile persist. The sip reveals elegance, linearity and lively acidity. The finish is crisp and persistent.

Vinification	By gravity method. Vinification in white without the skins at a controlled temperature of 15-18°C.
Ageing	Second fermentation and maturation on the lees, which generally last 3 months, occur in autoclaves using selected yeasts at a temperature of 13-14°C. The wine ages for about 1 month before being marketed.
