Description
Still red wine from Tuscany IGT, 13.5% ABV, produced by Vallepicciola. 100% Pinot Noir, 2022 vintage. A Pinot Noir born in the vineyards of Castelnuovo Berardenga, where the Bolfo family has revitalized an ancient convent. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in temperature-controlled steel tanks for approximately 7 days; malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged in barriques for approximately 8 months and 12 months in bottle. Notes of fruit and spice blend into a bold and brilliant garnet red. Silky yet firm tannins invite a second sip.
