Description
Still red Riserva, 14% ABV, 100% Merlot, produced by Cantina Terlano in Trentino-Alto Adige, 2022 vintage. Aged for 12 months, 50% in large wooden barrels and 50% in barriques, one-third of which are new. A sparkling, saturated ruby red Merlot with fruity notes of blackberry and cranberry, herbal aromas such as mint and eucalyptus, enriched by a hint of black pepper. On the palate, it is beautifully developed, with a complex structure and a lingering finish. It pairs well with shoulder of kid goat in olive oil and braised herbs over asparagus and wild greens.
