Description
Still red wine, 13.5% ABV, produced by Radikon in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. 100% Merlot, 1 L bottle, 2010 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Saša Radikon, who inherited from his father Stanko the responsibility of continuing on the path he blazed so many years ago. Spontaneous fermentation. Maceration in oak vats for 30-60 days. Aged in used barriques for 5 years. Bottle aging depending on the vintage (average 5 years). Mineral, vegetal, with notes of medicinal herbs and dried red berries. Intense ruby red with garnet highlights. Balanced, spicy, fresh, with velvety tannins and a hint of overripe cherry.
