Our farm is located in Castiglione Tinella, in the province of Cuneo, on the border between the lower Langa and the Monferrato. Here, the hills extend as far as the eye can see, making Castiglione Tinella one of the most wine-growing municipalities in Italy, with over 90% of the land cultivated as vineyards. The rocks that descend towards the Tinella and Belbo valleys frame the carefully combed rows of vines and the patches of woodland that interrupt the geometry of the vineyards, offering a unique setting. | Wine making | After crushing and destemming the grapes, the must is macerated with the skins at a controlled temperature with frequent pumping over to ensure proper extraction of colour and tannins. Maceration lasts from 12 to 15 days. |
