A Brut Nature Cava that expresses the freshness and minerality of the terroir through a fine and persistent perlage. Floral aromas on the nose, accompanied by notes of honey, pave the way for a rounded and aromatic palate with excellent persistence.

The target of Covides was the creation of a cooperative that would give way to the production and that would add value to the grape harvest through the elaboration and the trading of the wine.
