Description
Still rosé from Tuscany IGT, 11.5% ABV, 100% Sangiovese, produced by Casanova di Neri. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A rosé born from the Neri family's passion for Sangiovese, with a history that dates back to 1971. Manual harvest in September, two weeks before the Sangiovese used for red wines. Vinification with 12 hours of contact with the skins, followed by off-the-skin fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for six months in stainless steel and then in bottle. A fresh and fruity wine, ideal for accompanying convivial moments.
