Harvest	Grapes are hand-harvested when perfectly ripe.
Vinification	The bunches are quickly carried to the wine factory where grapes are destemmed and left to ferment and macerate for 15 days.
Ageing	After drawing-off, the wine is aged in 225 litres French oak casks for 12-15 months. It is then blended in stainless steel vats and finally aged for 5 months in the bottle.
Total acidity	5.00 gr/L
Allergens	Contains sulphites
Pairing	Roasted white meats such as chicken and red meats such as roast beef. It is also ideal with traditional boiled meats and stews.
