This Nebbiolo is made from grapes of the most delicate consistency, from our various youngest and most exuberant vineyards in the communes of La Morra and Monforte d'Alba, as well as in the Roero, vinified together with short fermentations to highlight the freshest and most fruity notes.

Colour

Intense ruby red with purple highlights.

Bouquet

Fresh, floral and fruity, with a predominance of dog rose and marasca cherry and delicate hints of raspberry.

Flavour

Vinous with great freshness and light, delicate tannins. Fine, balanced body and good aromatic persistence.

Pairing

Ideal with meat and vegetable hors d'oeuvres, meat-based first courses, cheeses.

Vinification	Maceration with the skins in steel vats at a controlled temperature for 6 days, then the wine is drawn off and alcoholic fermentation is completed in stainless steel (about 20 days) where, keeping the temperature controlled, malolactic fermentation also takes place.
Ageing	The wine then undergoes a short passage in small used oak barrels. After decanting in stainless steel, the wine can be bottled without filtration or clarification.
