Paolo Manzone Nebbiolo d'Alba Mirinè 2022
Nebbiolo d'Alba comes from the same grapes as Barolo but are located on the borders of the Barolo zone in the municipality of Sinio, which borders Serralunga d'Alba, the top area for the production of Barolo. The idea for the production of this wine comes from the vineyard: we work like Nebbiolo da Barolo but in the cellar we use the traditional Burgundy technique: the tannins are softer and the ageing takes place in 350lt tonneaux purchased in Burgundy, the wine will be fine and elegant but with a great body and structure. You can drink it immediately but also keep it for 12/15 years.
