For this wine, we use grapes from the coolest exposures and youngest vineyards on the Cascina Nuova hill, the site of our winery. Here we grow the juiciest grapes that give a velvety and light Barbera d'Alba to enjoy young and fresh.

Intense ruby red with purple notes.

Fruity, fresh bouquet with young, captivating notes of red fruits with a predominance of sour cherry and plum.

Well-balanced flavour with light acidulous notes typical of the variety and well-expressed minerality with a delicate savoury finish.

Vinification Maceration with the skins in steel vats at a controlled temperature for 6-8 days, then racking and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel (around 20 days) where, keeping the temperature controlled, malolactic fermentation also takes place.
