Mauro Veglio Dolcetto d'Alba 2022
The vineyards are located on the northern, less sunny and cooler side of the Cascina Nuova hill, the site of our estate, and also in Castelletto di Monforte on the cooler slopes. Here we grow juicier grapes that give a velvety and light Dolcetto d'Alba to enjoy young and fresh.

Colour

Intense ruby red with deep violet notes.

Bouquet

Ample, floral, clean-cut bouquet with captivating vinosity where notes of violet and bonbon prevail.

Flavour

Taste fresh, soft, balanced and only slightly tannic, where the young vegetable notes blend elegantly with the right alcohol content.

Pairing

Ideal with hors d'oeuvres and meat-based first courses, cheeses.
