Ognissole Jalal 2016
It's born as dessert wine, and is great with almond paste, but you will also find it delicious to accompany the seafood and crustaceans during the aperitif. The "Jalal" is the result of a certified biodynamic viticulture Demeter, and is produced by the Ognissole cellar at the Cephalicchio estate. She admires in my name the mystical poet and philosopher Jalal ad-Din Rumi, who in one of his verses wrote: "Grape wants to become wine." It is a White of Puglia that knows only steel, and it exalts in expressing the aromatics of the variety and the peculiarities of the territory. It is a White Moscato to drink with eyes closed until the last sip.
