The moraine soil of the Ogliano hills is bathed by the sun during the day and aired by the night wind that blows from three different directions. The Prosecco from this area has intriguing spicy, fruity notes. Fabio Zardetto has encapsulated these characteristics in a unique sparkling wine for the most demanding palates. Exclusively brut, in numbered bottles.

	Perlage The bubbles rise to the surface many, constant and tireless.
	Couleur Straw yellow.
	Parfum The perfumes are delicate with hints of wisteria and acacia, green apple, pear and citrus fruits. Its special notes of spices come from the typical characteristics of this part of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area.
	Saveur The structure is salty, vital, creamy and aromatic.
