Monte Schiavo Verdicchio Superiore Jesi Pallio San Floriano 2016
Jesi since the year 1293 was held in celebration of the "pallium". The common subjects of the city, the feast of St. Florian, in the homonymous square donavano the best lots of Verdicchio as a sign of their gratitude for the militias worked. Today, as then, this wine has a yellow-green shades with lightly browned. The weather has contributed to the vintage of a wine, soft, round and fat with wealth alcohol high thanks to the phenomena of over-ripeness and noble gray mold. From the viewpoint smell the aromatic expression is intense with aromas of very different local wines suitable for aging and due to late harvesting.
