Vigueur Excellente
Histoire l trousseau is a rare and capricious vine that has adapted well to the semi-continental climate of the Jura territory, preferring however the warm soils composed of clay and limestone. Already mentioned in 1732 with the name of troussot, he has lived in the area until today, never being able to expand beyond 100 hectares; he likes to merge and merge with the poulsard, because it gives him finesse, responding to the same by making longevity. There are three types of trousseau. That spargolo, which they say is of superior quality, instead the one called "small berries" has a very compact bunch and is very, very productive, up to 100 hectoliters. Finally, there is an intermediate version with medium productivity.
