There are clear, sustained floral hints alongside the traditional bread crust and more delicate hints of peach and apple, and it has remarkable freshness and minerality.
Flavour
The fresh, acidic sensations are balanced by a hint of vanilla and, more on the nose, of apple, which fills and accompanies the palate for a long time; the finish in the mouth, however, becomes gritty again.
Ideal as an aperitif, accompanied by cured meats and fish dishes and baked white meats.
