Our packaging

At xtraWine, we value our customers and we take the utmost care of their wines. For this reason, we only use patented packaging designed to be robust, insulated and secure.

We use secure, patented PERBACCO winebox ® packaging for our shipments. We also believe in a sustainable planet. As such, all our packaging is 100% recyclable.

There is no packagin return. Find out how to recycle or reuse your packaging and create your own xtraWine cellar.

Shipping information

All our wines, once packaged, are entrusted to TNT, UPS, JAS, Bartolini, DPD and FedEx.

All our wines are covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in the event of breakage or loss during transit.

Delivery times

Please be aware that deliveries can take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.

The delivery times quoted on the various pages of the website are calculated using statistical averages and are therefore not binding. Our information does not constitute a delivery commitment, but merely a general indication. Delivery times are subject to the provisions of the Italian Consumer Code.

Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, industrial action and extreme weather conditions.

During promotional and festive seasons, xtraWine reserves the right to postpone deliveries and carefully indicate a cut-off date to ensure that customers receive their orders on time. Notifications of any cut-off dates will be visibly placed on the website and duly commmunicated to the customers.

Our Customer Care will keep you updated via email or sms. Once the purchase is complete you will receive a tracking number to trace your order.

The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination and weight of the goods.
