The Brut Metodo Classico is made by the winery from Turbiana grapes and is sparkling in the best vintages. Its characteristic olfactory expression of 'bread crust' is best perceived thanks to an extended stay on the lees for at least 18 months. Only after at least 3 months of union with the liqueur d'expédition, whose recipe has been secretly handed down since 1990, is it released on the market.
