An excellent, easy-drinking, expressive example of Franciacorta with a captivating combination of floral from Pinot Blanc and a fruity note from Chardonnay grapes.

	Perlage Rich, abundant, fine and persistent.
	Colour Bright straw yellow.
	Bouquet Slightly floral and elegant, with notable intensity accompanied by notes of yeast and freshly baked bread.
	Flavour Structured yet soft and creamy in its dry taste. It has fruity notes with a long and balanced finish.

Pairing

Excellent as an apéritif with appetizers, soft cheeses, and delicate fish dishes.

Vinification	The temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks is followed in spring by a slow refermentation in the bottle according to the traditional Franciacorta method.
Ageing	The bottles remain in the cellar for at least 30 months, ensuring a distinctive bouquet due to contact and autolysis of the yeasts. After disgorging, with the addition of a very dry liquer d'expedition, 8 g/litre, the Franciacorta undergoes further ageing in the cellar for a few months.
