Ceci Otello Nero di Lambrusco

Perlage

Rich, lively and persistent foam.

Colour

Intense ruby red colour.

Bouquet

Intense, satisfying, sinuous. Fruity notes reminiscent of cherry and berries such as blackberry and strawberry. Floral hints of violet accompany a pleasantly spicy and mineral finish.

Flavour

Surprising and satisfying. Pleasant balance between softness, freshness, flavour and good tannic texture. The intense nature of the perfumes is confirmed on the palate, which are enhanced by the long, deep finish. A promise kept.

Pairing

Otello is a wine well able to couple up with innumerable combinations by varying the serving temperature. Ideal for pairings with dishes which have a prevalent fat content, like traditional Italian cured meats. It also goes well with pastas and hearty risottos as well as with medium mature cheeses or grilled meats. It is also perfect on its own as a sipping wine.
