Ceci Spumante Brut Rosé Bruno e Le Rose
Bruno Ceci's journey on his motorcycle continues in a world of enveloping scents and gleams of delicate rose gold. We take our inspiration from a flower to imagine him, riding that bike that was at one with him, towards a sparkling wine made of passion and emotions, as fresh as delicate petals and as rich as the world it evokes. To take Lambrusco to a new level, a new stage of our and Bruno's journey.

Perlage

Fine and persistent perlage.

Colour

Soft pink tending to rose gold, crystalline.

Bouquet

Fresh notes of red fruits, not too ripe, among which cherry stands out, but also undergrowth. Strong hints of rose.

Flavour

It appears as a confirmation of the same notes perceived by the nose. Persistent, fresh and creamy.

Pairing

Although it lends itself to accompany an aperitif, it appears as an excellent companion to fish cruditès, sushi and fish soups. Try it with pizza.
