Geschmack
The taste is sublime for its sweetness. Caressing to the touch, it expands wide, glyceric, warm. It shows backbone, tension, tight and vigorous tannic texture. Energy in continuous evolution. In the final the farewell leaves a long balsamic trail of great effect.
The usual combination suggest the game and read meat but given its elegance, goes well also for the whole meal.
