Description
A still white wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, 12.5% ABV, produced by Vivallis. 100% Chardonnay. 2023 vintage. A wine born from the foresight of its founder, Don Giovanni Battista Panizza, who recognized cooperation as "that powerful means by which the small forces of many, when combined, become a great force for all." Aromas of ripe apple and wildflowers, with hints of apricot and sensations of acacia honey. The color is straw yellow with golden reflections. Ample, rounded, deep, and convincing.

Vivallis is the brand that was born in 2004, picking up the century-old heritage of the Società Agricoltori Vallagarina - Vallis Agri Scarl. "VI" for vine-growers, vine, wine and life; "VALLIS" to demonstrate the strong link with Latinity and the roots of the valley's wine culture. The brand encapsulates the historical and passionate bond of work in the vineyard and in the cellar, a coherent expression of its territory. Today, Vivallis expresses the strength of its roots, which date back to 1908, by harvesting and transforming the grapes from over 950 hectares of vineyards, located in highly suitable areas, expertly cultivated by over 700 members, guided by a trained technical team of agronomists and oenologists. The production objective is ambitious: to encapsulate the culture, history and passion of the past in our wines and, through the measured use of advanced technologies, offer more modern contents, to continue to be a true and dynamic expression of the Vallagarina territory.
