Description
What kind of wine is it
Curie Climat, produced by the Vie di Romans winery, is a still white wine that elegantly interprets the characteristics of Chardonnay. In the glass, it displays a straw yellow hue, introducing an aromatic profile where delicate floral notes blend with clear fruity hints. On the palate, it offers a savoury attack and a perfectly balanced sip, finishing with good persistence of flavour.
Where does it come from
This label originates from Friuli Isonzo, a renowned winegrowing area located in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The identity of Curie Climat faithfully reflects the unique features of its place of origin, delivering a tasting experience with a recognisable and consistent character. The characteristics of the cultivation area give this white wine a distinct savouriness, while maintaining a well-defined aromatic expression, with hints of flowers and fresh fruit.
How is it produced
Vinified to enhance the identity of the grape variety, this wine can benefit from about an hour of decanting before serving, which helps to better define its olfactory complexity. Its harmonious structure makes it particularly suitable for accompanying a seafood menu, pairing elegantly with starters, shellfish and lean fish. Its progression on the palate also harmonises well with delicate first courses, vegetarian recipes and soft cheeses.
