Still rosé from Sardinia, 12% ABV, produced by Sella & Mosca. 100% Sangiovese. 0.75L bottle, 2024 vintage. A rosé that embodies the essence of Sardinia, a fresh and lively wine with aromas of rose petals and raspberries, intertwined with citrus and marine aromas. Quick pressing; cold static decantation; fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of approximately 18°C. Aged briefly in stainless steel. Bright cherry color. A waltz that continues on the palate, with a crisp, fresh, beautiful, and delicious sensation of pulp.
