Description
Crémant de Bourgogne extra brut, traditional method, produced by Domaines Chermette. A Blanc de Blancs made from Chardonnay grapes grown on clay-limestone soil. The grapes are hand-picked and placed in perforated crates that allow the juice to drain, preventing oxidation. The blend of three vintages, produced according to the traditional method, ensures balance and quality. Notes of citrus, white flowers, and significant mineral sensations. Bright straw yellow with golden highlights. On the palate, it has body, intensity, and a citrusy acidity, which, combined with the savory flavor and effervescence, gives it energy and pleasantness.
