Description
What type of wine it is
Trento Zero by Pedrotti is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine from the Trento designation in Trentino-Alto Adige, which is born from a harmonious blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. In the glass, it displays a golden yellow colour with brilliant highlights and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers clear aromas of Reinette apple, dried fruit and delicate citrus hints, while on the palate it expresses marked sapidity and clear minerality, supported by a lively acidity that gives it a dry and vertical profile. Perfect for an elegant aperitif, it pairs beautifully with raw seafood, shellfish and fish dishes with bold flavours.
Where it comes from
This sparkling wine comes from Trentino-Alto Adige, rooted in the territory of Trento.
How it is produced
The vinification faithfully follows the Metodo Classico. The wine undergoes maturation on the lees for approximately 48-50 months, thus developing a solid structure and complexity. Offered without added sugars to maintain an essential and rigorous profile, this long ageing gives it a very fine texture and long persistence, always guided by an evident acidic tension and a marked sapid imprint, a faithful expression of the original fruit.

Today it is two sisters, Donatella and Chiara, who follow with passion and determination the evolution of the family business focused on the production of Classic Method Trentodoc sparkling wines as the best expression of the terroir highly suited to sparkling wine production. Read more
