Description
What kind of wine it is
Neret Vely Blanc de Noirs Brut Champagne is a sparkling wine of remarkable structure. Created from a blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, it is crafted according to the principles of the Traditional Method, revealing a fine and persistent mousse. The bouquet expresses elegant aromas, with fruity notes combined with hints of citrus and dried fruit. On the palate, it is fresh and dry, offering a lively sip that is ideal for pairing with shellfish and white fish.
Where it comes from
The grapes for this sparkling wine originate in the Marne Valley, a highly renowned area within Champagne. The Neret Vely vineyards are rooted in historic soils, with old vines dating back to 1945, which lend considerable depth to the harvest. The influence of the oceanic climate ensures pronounced freshness, essential for defining the identity and precision of this Blanc de Noirs. The entire agricultural management follows a strict organic and sustainable approach, safeguarding the balance of the local ecosystem.
How it is produced
Crafted from a meticulous blend vinified as a white wine, this sparkling wine follows the principles of the Traditional Method. The wine matures in the cellar for at least three years, a period essential for developing a solid flavour structure and a persistent mousse. The process concludes with a Brut dosage, resulting in a dry and balanced sip. This precise craftsmanship preserves the innate freshness of the fruit, ensuring a harmonious evolution on the palate and a clean finish.

Each of our new labels is finely illustrated by Kevin De Tunne (KTD art.), a young artist from Reims. The first to appear is that of your Blanc de Noirs cuvée, with a drawing of our old tractor invaded by wildlife. It is now called "Ode to Life". Read more
