Description
What kind of wine it is
Influence Rosé Cuvée Brut Miniere F&R is an elegant Rosé Champagne produced using the Traditional Method. The blend combines Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, enriched by a portion of Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine from the Coteaux Champenois area. In the glass, it reveals a fine and persistent perlage, introducing a soft sip with remarkable aromatic intensity. The lively notes of raspberry, redcurrant and cherry blend with a natural freshness. Partial malolactic fermentation enhances its complex structure, ensuring a long finish and impeccable flavour precision.
Where it comes from
The grapes are grown in Hermonville, in the heart of Champagne, where the Miniere F&R terroir finds its fullest expression. The vineyards involved are Les Couturelles for Pinot Meunier, Les Fosselles for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and Les Fontenelles for Chardonnay. What makes this area unique are the silty-clay-sandy soils on a limestone substrate, a geological combination that gives the wine a vibrant taste tension and a freshness well balanced with the fruit. The family's historic dedication ensures agronomic management of the highest technical precision.
How it is produced
Production strictly follows the Traditional Method. After harvesting, the musts undergo an initial ageing on the lees in oak barrels for eight months, gaining roundness while fully respecting the varietal profile. Following partial malolactic fermentation, the wine matures on the lees for four years, developing its characteristic salmon pink colour and profound complexity. Disgorgement, carried out at least six months before release, allows the Brut dosage to integrate perfectly, delivering a defined effervescence and a persistent, elegant finish on the palate.
History and Curiosities
The renowned Influence Rosé Cuvée Brut by Minière F&R hails from Hermonville, where the family has been cultivating vines since the 12th century. This refined Traditional Method sparkling wine is created from the skilful blending of the 2020 and 2021 harvests, enhanced by a touch of Pinot Noir vinified as a red wine. Thanks to careful maturation in oak barrels and prolonged ageing on the lees, the wine develops a persistent perlage and a profound aromatic complexity. Already multi-award-winning among critics, it delights the palate with its natural freshness and a delicately fruity finish.

The estate has grown extensively over the years.
After completing our winemaking studies and several years of professional experience, we took over the estate in 2005 and decided to produce our own wines in oak barrels so as to promote the values of our exceptional heritage.
With almost 8Ha of land, our vineyards are primarily located in Hermonville, whose magnificent, south-east facing hillsides are flooded with sunshine.
The upper hills are covered in sand-loam soil while the lower areas are loam, clay and sand. These well-draining soils contain high levels of minerals which force roots downwards to feed the vines deep within the soil and saturate the sap with mineral elements. Read more
