Description
Classic method pas dosé sparkling wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, produced by Man Spumanti. 100% Pinot Noir. 2019 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A Blanc de Noirs that expresses the elegance of Trentodoc, with careful vinification and aging that enhances its complexity. The base wine is made 80% in stainless steel and 20% in tonneau. It then ages in bottle for 36 months on the lees. On the nose, the minerality blends with subtle notes of underbrush, wild strawberry, fern, petunia, and citrus zest. It has a golden hue in the glass. Creamy on the palate, it develops clean, frank, and vibrant. Savory in length, it has a pleasant almondy finish.
