Description
What kind of wine it is
Letrari Quore Riserva Brut enhances the purity of Chardonnay through the Traditional Method. The glass reveals a very fine perlage and enveloping aromas of bread crust, ripe apple and vanilla, enriched by hints of citron, bay leaf and dried fruit. On the palate it is fresh, lively and rounded, with a harmonious balance between citrus and spicy nuances and a solid structure that delivers a long-lasting finish.
Where it comes from
This sparkling wine is produced in Trentino-Alto Adige, in Rovereto, at the heart of the Vallagarina. This area enjoys a Mediterranean microclimate, influenced by the Adige river and the breezes from Lake Garda. Such an environment ensures a taut and dynamic flavour profile, capable of enhancing the elegance of Trento. In this context, Letrari highlights the authentic local identity, creating a refined sparkling wine deeply connected to its territory.
How it is produced
Production strictly follows the Traditional Method. The process begins with the manual harvest of Chardonnay, whose grapes form the base for the secondary fermentation in the bottle. Ageing requires patience: a long rest on the lees of at least sixty months enriches the flavour texture and amplifies its aromatic complexity. This slow maturation ensures an impeccable balance between fruity notes, citrus hints and spicy accents.
