Description

What kind of wine it is

Champagne Bankize Doux by Lamiable is a sparkling wine that skilfully combines softness and liveliness. Produced according to the principles of the Traditional Method, it stands out for its intense straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is characterised by notes of lychee and grapefruit, enriched with floral hints and touches of red berries. On the palate, it is light, fruity and lively, with a pleasant medium persistence. This sweet Champagne is perfect for accompanying aperitifs, cheese selections and desserts.

Where it comes from

This wine originates from Tours-sur-Marne, in the heart of the renowned Champagne region. Its connection to this area defines the character of Bankize Doux, offering an authentic interpretation of the unique French soil and climate. Lamiable works to enhance its own terroir, carefully managing the vineyards to obtain grapes with ideal ripeness. The result is a wine with natural freshness and a dynamic profile, faithfully reflecting the richness of the local wine landscape.

How it is produced

It is created from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes. The winemaking process strictly follows the Traditional Method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle producing fine and consistent bubbles. The dosage chosen for this cuvée defines its distinctive sweet profile, while maintaining a refreshing finish that perfectly balances its structure. Thanks to its ability to evolve, it can be cellared for five to ten years, continuing to express its qualities at their best when served chilled.
