Description
Still white wine from Burgundy, 14% ABV, produced by Henri Boillot. 100% Chardonnay, 2022 vintage. A Premier Cru from Puligny-Montrachet that embodies the elegance and minerality of the Burgundian terroir. Fifty percent of the wine is aged in 350-liter new oak barrels, the remainder in single-varietal barrels. The result is a straw yellow wine with green hues, with a very mineral, powerful, spicy, and peppery aroma, with a slight reduction and hints of white flowers. On the palate, it is precise and elegant, with a fine density, followed by superb minerality, a bright and delicate wine, very pure and saline.
