Description
What kind of wine it is
Franc Lizer Rosso Zero Alcohol is a still red dealcoholised wine made from Merlot grapes, capable of offering a satisfying and complex sensory experience. To the eye, it presents an intense ruby red colour, which anticipates an aromatic profile characterised by fragrant notes of small red fruits and delicate spicy hints. On the palate, it is enveloping and distinguished by an excellent structure, with velvety tannins leading to a notably persistent finish.
Where it comes from
The Merlot grapes used for this label come from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, a region with ideal soil and climate conditions for the cultivation of black grape varieties. The vineyards are rooted in gravelly soil, composed of marl, sandstone and alluvial sediments, elements that ensure optimal drainage and balanced ripening of the bunches. This terroir defines the wine's identity, ensuring an authentic territorial expression that is revealed in a harmonious and nuanced drink.
How it is produced
The harvest takes place at full ripeness, followed by red vinification with fermentation carried out in steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine undergoes an advanced process of dealcoholisation at room temperature, a technique that allows the removal of the alcoholic component while fully preserving the colour, structure and aromatic richness. The addition of concentrated grape must and the stabilisation of the tannins complete a meticulous production cycle, aimed at respecting the quality of the raw material.
