Description
Still white wine from the Loire, Pouilly-Fumé AOC, 13% ABV, produced by Domaine Bouchie-Chatellier. 100% Sauvignon Blanc, a varietal that best expresses the characteristics of the terroir. 2023 vintage, 0.75 liter bottle. Robert Poirier founded the "La Renardière" estate near a small forest where foxes lived, hence the name. He was a pioneer with a passion for modernism. Delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus, and light vegetal notes. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. It arrives on the palate with a pleasant burst of freshness, accompanied by fruity, citrus notes, and vegetal nuances.
