Description
What kind of wine it is
Delouvin Nowack Champagne Bis Repetita Extra Brut is a refined French wine created from a skilful blend of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Produced using the Traditional Method, it stands out for its straw yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it reveals an inviting bouquet, characterised by fruity notes, hints of brioche and nuances of dried fruit. On the palate, it expresses breadth and rare elegance, offering a harmonious, dry and vibrant sip.
Where it comes from
This excellence originates in the heart of France and is crafted by Delouvin Nowack. The estate cultivates its vineyards following a biological and sustainable approach, in full respect of the local ecosystem. The winery's aim is to enhance the Champagne region, particularly highlighting the expressive purity of Pinot Meunier. Meticulous agronomic care and artisanal production result in a wine with a taut and clean profile, capable of faithfully expressing its terroir of origin.
How it is produced
Vinification strictly follows the Traditional Method, a process designed to preserve the balance and freshness of the grapes. After the initial fermentation, the base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, precisely defining its structure and elegance. The Extra Brut dosage enhances a linear and dynamic sensation on the palate. Thanks to technical precision in the cellar, this wine shows excellent ageing potential, evolving towards even greater complexity. At the table, it pairs beautifully with sushi and shellfish, fried seafood or well-structured cheeses.
