Description
A still red from Veneto, 13.5% ABV, produced by Gerardo Cesari. Blend: 60% Corvina, 40% Merlot, 2021 vintage. A Veneto IGT born from the combination of the English word "Just" and the Italian term "Giusto," a stylistically correct, essential, and immediately understandable wine. The grapes are harvested towards the end of September and placed in special crates for a short drying period of about 20 days. Characteristic notes of ripe fruit and cherry. Deep, intense, and brilliant red. Very substantial structure, soft and velvety on the palate.

| Story | The name Jùsto comes from the combination of the English word Just and the Italian term Giusto. For us it represents a wine that is stylistically correct, essential and immediately understandable to the consumer without the need for explanation. The result is an elegant wine where the correct balance between all elements has been found, identifying the right withering time and thus the right level of concentration. |
