Floral and fruity on the nose, with hints of hawthorn, acacia, and white peach, enriched by mineral nuances and aromatic herbs. Straw yellow in color with light greenish reflections. Balanced, pleasantly savory, and with good persistence.

The history of Borgo Paglianetto has its roots in ancient times. From historical sources it appears that the territory of Matelica was already inhabited at the time of the ancient Romans. The tradition of viticulture has been handed down through the centuries up to the present day. Borgo Paglianetto, with its 25 hectares, extends over the hills of Matelica in the area between Fabriano and Camerino. A territory that thanks to a particular microclimate gives wines with a good structure, but also freshness and aromatic balance.
