Description
What type of wine it is
Alma Rosé Bellavista is a refined rosé wine born from a harmonious blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Produced according to the Traditional Method, this Franciacorta Extra Brut expresses an elegant structure and a marked freshness, enhanced by a very fine and persistent perlage. The aromatic bouquet opens with nuances of orange blossom and rose petals, combined with notes of candied citrus fruits and small red fruits. On the palate, slight spicy hints and notes of bread crust accompany a pure sip, guided by a vibrant mineral tension.
Where it comes from
This wine originates in Lombardy, among the prestigious hills of Franciacorta. The cuvée is the result of a meticulous selection of grapes from various micro-zones and historic vineyards, each characterised by unique exposures and microclimates. The vines, grown with a high planting density, have an average age of about thirty years and benefit from different training systems. This territorial richness gives the blend a defined stylistic identity, offering a faithful expression of the landscape of origin in the glass.
How it is produced
The process begins with careful manual harvesting of the bunches, followed by soft pressing to extract only the free-run must. A part of the base wines matures expertly in barrels, an essential step to provide breadth and complexity. Secondary fermentation follows the Traditional Method, with ageing on the lees for about thirty months and accurate manual riddling. The calibrated Extra Brut dosage enhances the vibrant character of the wine, giving a long, clean finish with distinct mineral echoes.
History and interesting facts

The refined Alma Rosé Assemblage Extra Brut is created from the blending of grapes sourced from twenty-two selected vineyards.
